Summer

I've been trying to figure out why every time I try to post it takes forever to upload the photo's
But

I figured it out today :)  some common sense just kicked in and I realized it's going to take forever to upload a 2.3MB picture, so Shrinkage they went and that was fast!

Almost as fast as this summer.  
It's crazy to think we have 1 more month to enjoy the break before school starts again!
And Presley's starting school this year! it's crazy! almost as crazy as me having to figure out how to be at 2 places at the same time when Presley's bus drops him off and Christian's picks him up.

 Gavin is standing for 5-10 seconds and will walk when we hold his hands now! it's crazy to think last year at this time I was pregnant with him and now he's this little independent baby motoring around!

 Christian starts Sk this year and every day he's asking if he can go back to school, I'm glad he loves school this much and I really hope he continues to like it :)  I'm looking forward to him starting a new year but it's biter sweet as it's going to be the last attempt to get his legs loser before we have to start looking at surgery for him.  September through December is going to be intense with his treatments and 4 out of 6 of us in school but it will be worth it.

 Kylie has some incredible speech for a 2 and a half year old, every time we go to Christian's appointments there's always on therapist who comments how advanced her speech is.  She's great at communicating what she wants and what's right from wrong.  I love it! I want all my children to grow up and speak what's on their mind and not let people take advantage of them.

aside from a few trivial issues that have been ongoing since we moved this summer has been pretty good, we've had our ups and downs with some family health issues and on-going issues with a non important person, but it's been a pretty busy and relaxing summer.

I don't think it's possible to spoil children by brining them to lots of places to run around and see things, but if it was, they would be.  I'm looking forward to the next couple summers as they get older and can really enjoy theme parks and other things soo much more :)

Mondays

oh Monday, I love and hate Monday.

love it because it's the start and a brand new week :) which means it's a fresh start for everything to get even better!
but I hate it because I have to wake up an hour earlier and I hate mornings, I wish I could avoid them all together.
oh another good thing about Monday is my oldest goes back to school so I can hopefully get the other 2 to go for their naps they haven't been taking all week (which they really need)  and get some cleaning done.  My house looks like a tornado made it's way through .  But I'd perfer not to step on lego blocks, or cars that send me flying down the hallway.

And my daughter has this need to dress herself now...so my nice and perfectly organized dresser full of clothes ends up all over her room every morning.  it's cute but annoying at the same time, and the outfits she puts together are masterpieces.  

I'm trying to get Gavin to sleep in his own crib so I rearranged our bedroom and put the crib up against the bed, hopefully that'll help :)

 I lied again hahaha.  So here's my Easter post! I did try to write a post but my internet was all buggy that day.
It had been Crazy busy! From Gavin being a complete mommy's boy and not wanting anyone but me, to Presley being a 3 year old, and all of us getting sick, and Christian starting to use the potty, it has been pretty insane!   And to top it off I've started the Insanity Program to try to get back into some sort of shape, and mix that with a little bit of P90X and Brazilian Butt Lift and there's a few pulled muscles here and there.

 Making these cupcakes where probably really bad for trying to lose weight, but oh boy they were good.  Jello Icing that tasted like the water mellon JollyRachers.  it was legendary!

 And no Easter Egg decorating is complete without a meltdown of some sort. He loves the colour Orange and when his Egg that was put into the blue dye didn't turn orange he got upset.  But he's still stinking cute.

 And this is the best picture ever! I so can't wait until he's able to stand like this! it was amazing to be able to catch this brief second on camera :)

Can I say again how stinking cute my children are?  I'm so glad their starting to feel better

New Beginning

Sorry I took such a hiatus from writing, it's been a busy couple months, from moving to cutting ties with a lot of people including family, and just getting rid of the negativity so I can provide a better life for my children.

It's nice just feeling free, the hubby's almost finished school and we'll have the whole summer together without work taking him away from me.

We've been busy working on a bunch of Easter crafts with the kids, it's a good thing I got a table cloth just for the kids making messes, it's come in handy!

And we gave my lil man food for the first time and he finished off the jar, if that doesn't say he's ready for food I don't know what is.  He's also trying to feed himself  :)

 And because I've been in full out house wife mode, I've been cooking and baking a lot more too.

 and with that come experimenting with different things, like bacon wrapped eggs...they were really good.

hopefully I'll start posting more regular now that I almost have everything dealt with.

Hiatus

Hey everyone sorry i haven't made a post in a long time,its been crazy getting routines back on potty training, Dr appointments, and just the craziness that my house is :) I promise I will post a post with pictures pronto i have tons just sitting in my hard drive. 

busy week :)

It has been a busy week for us! registered my second little man for JK.  My big little man was home from school all week, I got accepted to college, we hung out with some amazing people and we've been tweaking the house to make it perfect. And my other laptop got fixed! I knew there was a reason we were hanging on to it.  So I've lacked taking alot of pictures.

the hubby and I started watching the girl with the dragon tattoo trilogy when I was in the hospital at 34 weeks pregnant with Gavin.  I found them on blu ray the other day and their some of the only movies we can watch more than once, 
























The only other ones seem to be James bond movies and Pirates of the Caribbean.


My baby girl is the only one who hasn't run away from the camera the past couple weeks, but I keep looking at the pictures and wonder where my baby has gone, she's growing up into such a talkative little girl.

OH and the best news this week! Is I am officially going to college in September!!! WOOT WOOT!
I'm sooo excited! I think these next couple months are going to drag by.

Another great thing is all my friends having babies are getting really close to welcoming them :)  I'm so excited 4 boys and a girl are on their way very soon, and I'll get an overdose of my new born baby fix.

finally settled in

I think I can finally say we are finally settled in.  we have all the boxes unpacked and just have the last tweeking to do and put up pictures.
I love the new place, it is sooo nice to have the whole family on the same floor instead of 3 different floors. 
The kids seem to really like it here too, they keep saying they don't want to go back to the old cold house.

I can't wait until Spring to put up their swing set :)


This is the first time in a really long time I can say I don't have that much stress, it is amazing, I haven't felt this happy in years.
We have a place that is ours, that we can call home, that we're not being constantly criticized in and be constantly reminded how it's not our home.

And the best part is Christian can use his walker in the house :) we just need to pick up some chair cover things to go over the anti tippers so they don't scratch up the floor and he can go to town :)


He did amazing at the mall the other day with his walker he only took a couple breaks. I so can't wait until he's mastered it and can go forever with it!


It's been pretty relaxing in the new place and the kids seem a lot happier now...it probably has something to do with Steve and I being more happy...it's contagious, kind of like how misery is contagious if you let it.

And I've decided to get my own photography business off the ground, I just need to build up a portfolio and I will be good to go :)  common nice weather! no one wants to go out in the snow! But until then my children have been the subject of many flashes and camera's in their face.   Their pretty great models....and photogenic... I wish I was.

And the best part is the night once the kids go to bed, the wine comes out and I beat Steve in video games :)
